KRW Fiat Deposit Guide

To ensure a smooth KRW fiat deposit process, please complete at least KYC Level 1 verification before proceeding.

1. Complete KYC Level 1 and go to the "Buy Crypto" section to select the fiat deposit option.

2. Enter the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to purchase. XT Exchange offers zero fees for fiat deposits!

3. Follow the transfer details provided by the system and complete the payment using your personal account within 60 minutes to ensure timely processing.

4. After transferring, click on the [Payment Completed] button.They system will confirm your funds, releasing cryptocurrency to your spot account within 3-10 minutes. If funds don’t arrive, please contact online support.

5. Check your purchase history on the 【Orders】 page. If payment confirmation is delayed, upload proof of payment and contact support for faster processing.

Note:

• Only transfers from your account are accepted, and the amount must match the order.
• Verify the transfer account carefully before each transaction to avoid errors.
• Purchased assets can be used for spot or futures trading, but withdrawals require T+2 days.
• Avoid placing multiple orders within 5 minutes to prevent delays.
• If your transaction was not successfully completed but you accidentally clicked "Completed," please wait patiently for 60 minutes before attempting the transaction again.
