How do I register as an XT Partner?
Visit https://www.xt.com/en/affiliate and click “To become a partner.” Then, fill out the short questionnaire about yourself and how you plan to promote the XT program. Once our team reviews and confirms you meet the requirements, your application will be approved.
When will I receive my commissions?
Commissions are settled on a T+1 basis and credited to your spot account.
Where can I check my commissions?
All commissions are credited to your spot account. You can view them under [Spot Account[ → [Fund Records[ → [Distribution]
- Futures/Spot Cashback: The trading fee discount you receive when trading via a friend’s referral.
- Futures/Spot Commission: The commission you earn when you invite friends to trade spot or futures on XT.
How do I contact my account manager?
If no contact details are shown on your page, please reach out via online support or submit a feedback request.
Why isn’t my friend shown as my referral even though they registered with my link/code?
There are several possible reasons:
- The invite code was entered incorrectly during registration.
- Before opening your invite link, your friend downloaded the app through ads or another referral channel already bound to an account, and registered there.
- The user did not actually register with your invite link/code.
Tip: To ensure a valid referral, the invitee needs to complete registration with the invite code already entered.
How can I increase my commission rate?
XT reviews partner performance monthly. If you reach specific thresholds, you will unlock higher commission tiers. Top performers may also be invited to XT’s global closed-door summits and premium networking events. You can raise your commission rate by increasing your monthly futures trading volume and the number of new or active monthly trading users you bring in. Once you meet the requirements for a higher tier, you can contact your account manager to upgrade your commission rate. Please note:
- Monthly New Trading Users: Number of users who register and complete their first futures trade as well as exiting users who conduct trading within the month.
- Monthly Active Trading Users: Total number of users (new or existing) who complete at least one futures trade during the month.
- Monthly Futures Trading Volume: Total futures trading volume generated by all referred users in a calendar month.
